If you need to cancel or change your session, please let me know by
1) Calling me at  , or
2) emailing me at 
more than 24 hours before your scheduled shoot time to avoid a penalty.

If you must cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice and I can't fill your slot with someone from the waiting list, you will forfeit all or part of your session fee.

Exceptions to this cancellation policy will apply when unforeseen, naturally occurring and/or unavoidable events (force majeure) prevent you or me from getting to the designated shoot location. In case of such an event, we will reschedule your appointment. If you cannot or choose not to reschedule, you will forfeit aforesaid fees.
The legal definition:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under our Agreement to the extent said failures or delays are caused by events beyond that party's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, subcontractors, and carriers, or party to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement, provided that, as a condition to the claim of nonliability, the party experiencing the difficulty shall give the other prompt written notice, with full details following the occurrence of the cause relied upon. |
